0) What is happening with my order?
Our biggest goal is to make sure you are happy with your order. We don’t use instant bots, so the speed of our marketing is adjusted to your profile or a channel. We make sure it’s safe and properly set for your channel type.  

• First we get your order and setup the campaign,
• Then we gather all information about your channel, profile and your content,
• Usually it takes 1 to 3 hours to start your campaign. After that, your progress status changes to “In Progress”
• We monitor your campaign, adjust groups and wait until it’s completed or goes beyond your order.
• Important: If there is anything wrong with your order, we will write to you by ourselves. Our key is to make sure you know everything about our orders!

1) Can I be banned/blocked?
Since 2018 we have promoted over 1000 channels on Youtube, Profiles on Tiktok and Instagram, Facebook Pages, Websites and provided SEO with strategic documents to many companies & freelancers. We can only provide what works for years. We use platform-compliant promotion only-ads, creator placements, and owned distribution. We don’t use instant bots or fake accounts. While no provider can control a platform’s final decisions, our methods are designed for safety and long-term performance.

2) How does the marketing work? Who runs it?
After checkout, our team configures an ad-driven campaign for your video, profile, or channel. It takes from few minutes up to 24 hours in 99% of our orders. If you choose a country or an audience, we apply that targeting (where available). Traffic typically comes from ads, suggested content, search, creator placements, and our owned distribution. People see the content and pacing is monitored by our team.

3) Do people interact with my content?
Because we reach real audiences, extra engagement (likes, comments, follows) occurs a lot and varies by content quality, audience fit, and platform. We don’t sell guaranteed interactions, but we do continue our campaign as long as we reach the goal.

4) Can you do it cheaper?
Pricing reflects real media costs and manual management. When our costs drop, we run discounts or adjust plan pricing. We aim to offer the best value at a safe quality level.

5) Do you offer custom services?
Yes. Tell us your goal, link, audience, and budget, and we’ll suggest a plan or create a custom promotion (targeting, pacing, creator placements, search/SEO angles). If you don’t see it listed, just ask.

6) How long does completion take?
Start is typically 1-3 hours after ad review (can be longer during busy periods or stricter reviews).
Small view/engagement plans often complete within 1-7 days. Larger plans or narrow targeting can take longer to keep pacing natural. We monitor delivery and adjust as needed.

7) I’ve ordered; When do you start?
We begin after payment clears and ads pass platform review. Typical start is 1 to 3 hours, but allow up to 24 hours during high demand or extended reviews.

8) My order isn’t delivered / isn’t complete
If delivery falls short of the plan, we’ll review targeting and pacing, then finish the remaining portion or offer a proportional credit/refund per our SLA. Message us with your order ID and we’ll resolve it quickly.

9) What happens right after I order?
We receive a notification, configure your targeting/placements, and submit ads for approval with Google/YouTube, Meta, or partners. Once approved, delivery begins and we monitor until the plan is fulfilled.

10) How do I place an order?
Choose a promotion plan, paste your video/profile/channel link, and complete checkout. Your order shows as Pending until review clears; then pacing starts.

11) My payment is processing-will you start?
We launch the campaign after the payment is completed and the ads are approved. You’ll receive confirmation/invoice once processing finishes.

12) How do I contact you or request a custom plan?
Go to Contact to reach us by email or social DMs. We’ll help with plan selection, targeting, pacing, and reporting, or prepare a custom listing at an agreed price.

13) Will followers, views, or likes “stay”?
We have never experienced “drops” to our campaigns once they are marked as “Completed”. In case people stop watching your content, we have an emergency support line that handles those requests up to 30 days from the Completion date. Metrics on every platform can fluctuate due to audits, spam filtering, and audience behavior. Our focus is compliant reach to real audiences and sustainable visibility-not artificial retention promises. Promotion can improve discovery, search visibility, and monetization opportunities, but results vary by content and audience fit.
