If delivery falls short of the selected plan due to pacing or inventory, we will complete the remaining portion, extend the campaign, or credit/refund proportionally per our SLA.
If a platform changes its policies or algorithms during your campaign, we will adapt the strategy and continue delivery in a compliant way.
We’re dedicated to high-quality, policy-compliant promotion. While we monitor and optimize campaigns, platforms make final decisions about distribution and results may vary by content and audience. If timing shifts because of platform review/changes, we’ll update you and complete the order using an approved approach.
Use accurate, up-to-date information when ordering. You’re responsible for ensuring your content and account comply with each platform’s policies. We are not liable for actions taken by platforms in response to content or account violations outside our control.
