At Social Mastering, we provide policy-compliant promotional campaigns (ads, creator placements, owned distribution). No bots. No fake traffic. Please read this Refund Policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Refunds are issued only in the situations below:
a) Non-Delivery of Service
If your campaign has not been initiated within 14 days of your order and we are unable to start, you may request a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
b) Incomplete Service Delivery
If we cannot deliver the full purchased amount (e.g., not reaching the full plan size), we will either:
Extend the campaign to complete delivery, or
Issue a proportional credit/refund for the undelivered portion (your choice).
Because campaigns involve real media/partner costs and typically begin shortly after payment and review, all sales are final once a campaign has started.
This includes services related to views, likes, subscribers/followers, reach, or watch time delivered by legitimate promotional methods.
We commit to delivering your order using platform-compliant methods. If a platform review queue, policy change, or market condition affects pacing, we will:
Adapt the strategy (targeting/placements), and
Continue delivery until completion.
If despite adaptation delivery remains constrained, §1(b) applies (extension or proportional credit/refund).
Refunds will not be issued when:
You change your mind after the campaign has begun.
The campaign is delivered as described but does not produce specific outcomes beyond the product page (e.g., “viral,” trending placement, monetization).
Later platform audits/purges, policy actions, or account restrictions reduce metrics (outside our control).
Incorrect or ineligible links/content were provided (e.g., broken/privated/age-gated/geo-blocked in conflict with the targeting).
Your account or content violates platform policies or applicable laws, causing limits or removals.

We’ll review and respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method; banks may take 7–14 business days to post funds.
Please contact us before opening a dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly via extension or proportional credit/refund.
For delivered services, we defend chargebacks with delivery logs, pacing records, and partner confirmations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Please review periodically.
