1. Digital Service Delivery

Our services are 100% digital—there is no physical shipping. After checkout and basic checks, we deliver your promotional campaign (e.g., views, reach, engagement pacing) exactly as described on each product page. We run policy-compliant campaigns using ads, creator/partner placements, and owned distribution. No bots. No fake traffic.

2. Start & Pacing

Once payment is confirmed, we configure targeting/placements and submit ads for review. We start as soon as the platform approves the ads and inventory is available. Delivery is gradual to keep your profile healthy and natural.

3. Delivery Timelines (general guidance)

• Start window: typically 1–24 hours after payment and ad approval.
• Completion window: usually 1–7 days, depending on plan size, audience/geo, and review queues.
• If a product page shows a different timing (e.g., 1–5 days or 10–30 days), that product-specific timeline applies.
Note: We pace delivery steadily rather than all at once.

4. Order Confirmation & Updates

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. When delivery begins, we can send status updates on request and a completion note once the campaign finishes. If you have questions at any time, email contact@socialmastering.com with your order number.

5. Proof of Delivery

We track delivery through platform dashboards and partner logs. Where relevant, we can share pacing notes or timeframe summaries that reflect how the campaign ran.

6. Non-Refundable Once Started

As outlined in our Refund Policy, campaigns become non-refundable once started because real media/partner costs begin immediately. If delivery ever falls short of the purchased plan, we’ll extend the campaign or issue a proportional credit/refund for the undelivered portion—see Refund Policy for details.

7. Platform/Algorithm Changes

Platform reviews, policy updates, or inventory shifts can affect pacing. If this happens, we’ll adjust strategy (targeting/placements) and continue in a compliant way to complete your order.

8. Customer Responsibility

Please provide correct and accessible links (public, not blocked/region-locked against your chosen target) and accurate instructions at checkout. Incorrect, private, or ineligible links may delay or prevent delivery.

9. Pauses or Refusals

We may pause or refuse delivery for content that likely violates ad/platform policies (e.g., illegal activity, hate/violence, scams, malware, IP infringement). If we cannot proceed, we’ll notify you and refund any undelivered portion.
