Welcome to Social Mastering. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms cover use of our site and our promotional marketing services for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and others.

1. General Terms

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter a binding contract.

• All information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

• You will use our services in line with applicable laws and platform rules.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.

2. Our Services (Real Promotional Campaigns)

We run policy-compliant promotional campaigns—ad placements, creator/partner placements and owned distribution—to increase visibility and discovery of your content. We do not use bots, fake traffic or artificial engagement.
You acknowledge our services are designed to be safe and gradual; they are not intended to manipulate platforms or violate their policies. Platform policies and outcomes are determined by the platforms themselves.

Our catalog may include (examples):
• YouTube views, likes, subscribers / watch time
• TikTok views, likes, followers
• Instagram reach, likes, followers

Once a campaign begins, media/partner costs start. Orders are generally non-refundable after start (see §5 SLA/Refunds).

3. Ordering & Payments

To order you must:

1. Select a service/plan, 2) provide required links/info, 3) complete payment.

• All payments are taken upfront via secure third-party processors; we do not store full card data.

• We may refuse/cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, ineligible content, policy risk). If cancelled before start, you’ll receive a refund.

4. Delivery & Timelines

After payment and basic checks, we configure targeting/placements and submit ads for review. Start times depend on platform review queues and inventory.

• Typical pacing and completion windows are shown on each product page.

• Delivery is gradual to protect the health of your account.

• If a platform review/algorithm change affects pacing, we’ll adapt strategy and continue in a compliant way.

5. Service Level, Shortfalls & Refunds

Our commitment is to deliver the plan you purchased using compliant methods.

If delivery falls short of the purchased amount due to pacing or inventory limits, we will (a) extend the campaign, or (b) provide a proportional credit/refund for the undelivered portion.
Refunds are not available for services already delivered or for issues caused by platform/account violations outside our control.

Chargebacks for services delivered will be disputed with delivery logs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate links and details needed to run your campaign.

• Ensure your content/account complies with platform rules and local laws.

• Not use our services for illegal, harmful or deceptive activity.

We are not liable for platform actions (e.g., removals, restrictions) related to your content or account policy violations.

7. Content Eligibility & Pauses

We may refuse or pause campaigns that include prohibited or sensitive content (e.g., hate/violence, sexual content involving minors, illegal drugs, scams, malware, IP infringement) or that are likely to violate ad policies. We will notify you and, if we cannot proceed, issue a refund for any undelivered portion.

8. Limitations of Liability

Within the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Mastering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or platform-driven changes affecting performance. Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., trending placement, monetization, rank). We commit to running the campaign as described and to our SLA in §5.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) and our service methods are owned by Social Mastering or licensed to us and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, redistribute or exploit our content without written consent.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect and use only the data needed to deliver and support your order (links you submit, contact details).
We may share necessary data with vetted delivery partners solely to fulfill your campaign.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
